Host a Birthday Party at the Pavilion

The Hopkins Pavilion is available to rent every day of the week. See the following various options throughout the year. Every party is different. Call the Pavilion with questions.

Room Rentals

The Pavilion can host a party of 10 to 60 people in our mezzanine classrooms and up to 115 people in the Warming House. Tables and chairs included in every rental.

  • Arts and Craft parties are ideal in the classrooms with laminate flooring.
  • Bring in your own food and beverages (alcohol not allowed).
  • Parties in the Warming House and Turf can include the rental of toys, bounce house. Fees for toys vary. Call the Pavilion for more information. 

Party on Ice (September-February)

From September to February, you can have a party on the ice with a room rental before or after.

  • Bring your party to Open Skate (but know we do not have skate rental), understand more through the Open Skate page.
  • Private ice rentals available for hockey, broomball, figure skating, for details view the Pavilion Ice Arena Rental page.

Party on Turf (March/April)

For March and April, you can have a party on the turf with a room rental before or after.

  • Private turf rentals are perfect for soccer, lacrosse, Nerf gun wars, football, obstacle courses, kickball or other fun activities that work up a sweat. Soccer and lacrosse nets can be provided, but not equipment.  View the Indoor Turf Rental page.

Party on Dry Floor (May-August)

From May through August, you can host a party on the arena floor for up to 500 people. The arena has 8 large garage doors that can open to create an open-air feel.

  • We welcome high school graduation parties, family reunions, corporate socials, team building events and large receptions.
  • Sport parties on the dry floor can include inline hockey or yard games.

Park Party (Please note: Central Park will be under construction Summer 2026)

Central Park is located directly outside the front doors of the Pavilion. The park includes

  • 2 picnic shelters
  • 3 baseball diamonds
  • 6 tennis courts
  • Field space for soccer
  • Football or rugby
  • Playground
  • Sand volleyball court
