Facility Rental
The Hopkins Pavilion is available to rent every day of the week and can accommodate anything from a small meeting or birthday party to a large gathering of up to 2,500 people.
Rental Space Options
- Dry Floor (available mid-May through mid-August)
- Ice Arena (mid-August through February)
- Indoor Turf (available March through mid-May)
- Meeting/Conference Rooms (available year-round)
Reserving Space
- Decide what type of space you need by browsing the options below.
- Read through the Rental User Guide (PDF) to make sure the Pavilion will meet your rental needs. If you are unsure, please give us a call.
- Submit the online Pavilion Facility Rental Request
After you've submitted your request, someone from the Pavilion will contact you directly to confirm your reservation.
Pavilion Rental Guidelines
Spectator Guidelines at The Pavilion
- Practices: One parent/guardian is allowed in the facility to assist participants under 12 years old. For 12 and up, we ask that you drop off/pick up 10 minutes before scheduled ice time.
- Three spectators per player are allowed for games, young siblings allowed but must sit with parents.
- No concessions or vending will be available at the facility at this time.
- Masks are to worn the whole time while inside the facility.
