Dear HAMA Member:
Greetings! Thanks for your past participation and future interest in the Hopkins Apartment Managers Association (HAMA). HAMA meetings are held three times a year and are coordinated by city staff from Planning & Development, Police, and Fire Department. We welcome suggestions for topics and speakers. Feel free to bring lunch to enjoy while you join us at the meeting. Light refreshments will be provided.
Upcoming Meeting Information
The next HAMA meeting will be held on Wednesday, February 11, 2026 from 12:00 p.m. (noon) to 1:30 p.m. at the Hopkins Fire Department (101 17th Ave S - 3rd floor training room)
Agenda topics for the meeting will include:
1. Domestic Violence Training
This training teaches property managers about Sojourner's services, domestic violence basics, housing rights, and practical ways to support residents and make warm referrals. Participants will leave equipped to recognize warning signs, respond safely, and connect survivors to resources.
