Free Yard Waste Pick-Up is April 18-28

Yard waste will be collected for free on your regular garbage day from April 18-28. You do not need to call to schedule this pickup. Bagged yard waste should be placed at your normal collection site at least four feet away from your garbage and recycling containers. After April 28, bags will be collected on Thursdays and must display yard waste stickers, available for purchase at City Hall or Public Works. Find more information on yard waste pick-up.

Save the Date: Cops and Community Bingo is April 24

The Hopkins Police Department is hosting Cops and Community Bingo on Sunday, April 24, from 1 to 4 p.m., at the Hopkins Activity Center. For $20, play 10 games and help support the Hopkins Crime Prevention Fund and Youth Outreach.

Stay Active Outdoors with the Hopkins Activity Center

Adults are invited to get outdoors this spring and stay active with the Hopkins Activity Center in one of the many recreation groups available. Activities include Bike Club, Garden Club and Walking Club, or try a new experience with Senior Explorer Fishing Camp or take part in free Community Garden classes offered from spring through fall.
