Connections - A Weekly Update from the City of Hopkins

Organics Recycling Cart Delivery is January 3, 4

Republic Services will be delivering curbside organics recycling carts to residents who have signed-up on Monday, January 3, and Tuesday, January 4. Residents who signed-up but don’t receive their cart should call Public Works at 952-939-1382.

With this third container, proper cart placement for pick-up may be challenging. Please make sure garbage carts have a four-foot radius around them. Placement of recycling and organics recycling is more flexible.

The first week of organics collection will be the week of January 10. Collection will be weekly, the same day as garbage day. Learn more about the City's new curbside organics recycling program and sign-up to participate here.
