Who Can Serve on a Board or Commission?
Any qualified voter who lives in the City of Hopkins can serve on a board or commission. Commission members are appointed by the City Council.
Why Serve?
Hopkins needs volunteers in order to succeed. The various boards and commissions of the City of Hopkins perform a vital role in the life of our community. Many of the City’s decisions, policies and procedures were founded on recommendations from a board or commission.
