Request for Proposals

Auditing Services 

The City of Hopkins is soliciting proposals for auditing services for 2021 through 2023. An additional two years may be available beyond 2023 with the scope of service and prices agreed upon by both parties. Proposals should include background and profile information on the firm, along with specific information of the firms past performance and experience on comparable government engagements, billing rates for 2021-2025, and names and qualifications of personnel. Proposals must be submitted by 4 p.m. on September 17, 2021.

Public Hearing Notice

September 21, 2021

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City Council of the City of Hopkins, Hennepin County, State of Minnesota, will hold a public hearing on September 21, 2021, at approximately 7:00 p.m. at the Hopkins City Council Chambers in City Hall, 1010 1ST Street South, Hopkins, Minnesota, relating to the Hopkins Housing and Redevelopment Authority's proposed adoption of a Spending Plan for Tax Increment Financing Districts No. 1-2, No. 2-9 and No. 2-11, pursuant to Minnesota Statutes, Sections 469.176 Subd. 4n, inclusive, as amended.  Copies of the Spending Plan are on file and available for public inspection at the office of the Director of Planning and Development at City Hall.

All interested persons may appear at the hearing and present their views orally or prior to the meeting in writing.
