Deadline to Enter West Metro Home Remodeling Fair's Operation Rescue Room is February 6

Do you have a room in your home in desperate need of a remodel?  The West Metro Home Remodeling Fair Operation Rescue Room contest will give $1,000 to the homeowner whose room gets the most votes on the day of the fair. To enter, submit a photo and a 100-word description of your intended renovation project on the fair's website. The free West Metro Home Remodeling Fair will be held on Sunday, February 10, from 10:30 a.m. to 3 p.m. at the Eisenhower Community Center, 1001 Highway 7. More information about Operation Rescue Room and the remodeling fair is available here.


Kids Fest is February 10

Join friends and family for the annual Hopkins-Minnetonka Recreation Services Kids’ Fest Sunday, February 10, from 11 to 2:30 p.m., at the Minnetonka Community Center, 14600 Minnetonka Boulevard. Register for Summer Fun at the Hopkins Pavilion 

The Hopkins Pavilion is excited to host AKA Sport Camps, a new summer option for kids entering first through ninth grades. AKA Sport Camps provide a minimum of six active
hours of sport-specific training and multi-sport games led by instructors each day, in addition to a field trip to a new destination each week, including Twins games, Valleyfair,
AirMaxx and many more.

Choose from full summer registration or the individual weeks that works for you. Camps are offered June 10 through August 30, Monday through Friday, from 7 a.m. to 6 p.m. An early bird discount ends February 28th. Learn more and register here.
