Household Hazardous Waste Drop-Off is May 11-12

Drop off your household hazardous waste and materials at the Hennepin County collection event in Minnetonka on May 11–12. Bring items to the Minnetonka Public Works parking lot (11522 Minnetonka Blvd.) between 9 a.m. and 4 p.m. during the collection period. More information is available here.


Let's Talk About Race in Hopkins Event is May 17

Crown Town Fundraising Dinner is May 18

Purchase tickets now for the 3rd Annual Raspberry Royalty Crown Town Fundraising Dinner on Friday, May 18, from 6:30 to 9:30 p.m., at the Hopkins Activity Center. The evening includes a silent auction, dinner and cash bar, and a program and magic-comedy entertainment by Kevin Hall, an America's Got Talent semifinalist. Kick-Off to Summer Safety is May 19

The annual Kick-Off to Summer Safety event sponsored by the Hopkins Police and Fire Departments in partnership with Hopkins/Minnetonka Park & Recreation and Minnesota Safe Kids Coalition will be held Saturday, May 19, from 10 a .m. to 1 p.m., at the Hopkins Fire Station, 101 17th Avenue S. This free, family-friendly event will feature water, bike, fire and internet safety tips, ice cream and prize giveaways, including bikes, locks, helmets, life jackets, car seats and more. Residents can also make an appointment to have child seats installed and inspected.
