Free Brush Pickup is April 9-19

Brush will be picked up for free for Hopkins residential garbage customers on your regular garbage day from April 9-19. You do not need to call to schedule this pickup. After April 19, brush will be collected on Tuesdays, weather permitting. Learn how to prepare your brush for pickup here. 

Opening of Brush & Yard Waste Drop-Off
Site Delayed to April 14

The opening of the City of Hopkins Brush & Yard Waste Drop-Off Site has been delayed to Saturday, April 14, due to snow. The start date of the organics recycling pilot program is also delayed to April 14. More information about the drop off site is available here. 

Registration Open for 2018 Step To It Challenge

Do you have a competitive spirit? Do you want a fun and easy way to kick start a springtime exercise program? Sign up for the four-week Step To It Challenge from May 1–28 and get moving again after a cold winter. Residents who bring proof of registration to City Hall can receive a free Step To It t-shirt, while supplies last. Learn more about the challenge and register here.
