87th Annual Hopkins Raspberry Festival Begins July 14

The 87th Annual Hopkins Raspberry Festival kicks-off on Wednesday, July 14. Fan-favorite events are back this year, including the Marketplace Arts and Crafts Fair, Family Day in Central Park and the Grande Day Parade. View the full list of Raspberry Festival events here.


Alive & Kickin Concert is July 15

The Sunset Series continues Thursday, July 15, with Alive & Kickin, a talented ensemble of senior performers ages 60-99+ that entertain multi-generational audiences through popular contemporary music and personal stories. The concert begins at 7 p.m. in Downtown Park. All Sunset Series concerts are free and open to the public. Nature Sketchbook Workshop is July 20

Join the Hopkins Activity Center and fellow artists for a Nature Sketchbook Workshop on Tuesday, July 20, from 10 a.m. to noon, at Wolfe Park in St. Louis Park. The workshop, which will teach attendees different ways to approach the subject, is part of the Art in the Park series. A second workshop, Oil Painting at Shady Oak Lake, will be held Thursday, August 12, from 10 a.m. to noon. Learn more about the Art in the Park series and register online here.


Register Your National Night Out Party By July 30

The Hopkins Police Department invites you to be part of National Night Out on Tuesday, August 3. Build community by starting in your own back (or front) yard. Your event doesn’t have to be elaborate—it can be as simple as lemonade and conversation with neighbors. Plan a National Night Out party on your block by Friday, July 30, at noon, by calling 952-548-6407 or registering online here.


Provide Feedback on 325 Blake Road Redevelopment
