Hopkins-Minnetonka Winter-Spring Recreation Registration Begins December 15

Registration for a wide array of safe winter-spring recreation programming begins Tuesday, December 15, at 8 a.m. Please note that all programs are subject to change or cancellation based on the state's response to the ongoing pandemic. Full refunds will be given if a recreation program must be cancelled for the health and safety of the community. Browse programs and register online here.

Homestead Applications Due December 15

Property owners in Hennepin County have until December 15 to complete a homestead application for 2021. Eligible applicants must have moved into their home on or before December 1, 2020. 2021 Parking Permits Now Available

Burglar and Fire Alarm Registration and Renewals

Individuals and businesses are required to register their burglar and fire alarm systems. This annual registration allows the police and fire departments to keep more up-to-date records on alarm holders and important keyholder information. The fee is $20 for fire alarm systems and $20 for police alarm systems (panic, burglary, duress, medical, holdup). New to Hopkins? Need to renew your alarm system registration? Fill out the online Alarm User Permit form or call City Hall at 952-548-6300 for a paper copy of the application. Due to the pandemic, online registration is preferred.
