Make a Plan to Vote

Have you made a plan to vote? If you received a mail-in ballot, it’s time to return it by mail. You also have the option to drop it off in-person at Hopkins City Hall or the Hennepin County Government Center (find for more information about ballot drop-off at www.hopkinsmn.com/352/Voting-Elections).

If you would like to request a mail-in ballot, you need to do it soon. Apply online on the Secretary of State website.

You may also vote in-person at Hopkins City Hall. Due to COVID restrictions, only 12 people are allowed in the lobby at a time, so there may be a line and a wait to vote. City Hall is open for in-person voting Monday through Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Stop by early to avoid waiting in long lines as Election Day gets closer.

You can also vote on Election Day (Tuesday, November 3) at your polling place. Hopkins polling locations will be open from 7 a.m. to 8 p.m. Not sure where you vote? Find out at https://pollfinder.sos.state.mn.us/.

You can find all this information and more on MNVotes.org or on the City of Hopkins website here.
