Share Your Thoughts on the Redevelopment
of 325 Blake Road

The City of Hopkins and the Minnehaha Creek Watershed District are working together on a process to find a master developer to redevelop 11-13 acres of the site at 325 Blake Road. The site presents a unique and exciting opportunity to create a water-focused, sustainable, transit oriented development that blends seamlessly into the Hopkins community. Learn more about the project and share your comments on the draft Development Vision here.
