The 2021 Empty Bowls Fundraiser event is set for Tuesday, March 2, through Tuesday, March 9.
For safety reasons, the event will not be held in-person at the Hopkins Center for the Arts, as usual. However, the needs of the community persist and the community can still come together virtually to help meet the needs of neighbors. The COVID-friendly format is as follows:
- Soup and Art: All donors are welcome to stop by ICA Food Shelf to choose a piece of community-created art and a coupon for a free cup of soup from one of Hopkins' favorite local restaurants.
- Silent Auction: The popular community art silent auction will be held online. This year's auction will also feature fun food items.
- Community Updates: Online updates from ICA and ResourceWest Executive Directors Dan Narr and Tarrah Palm, as well as surprise guests.
