Raspberry Ridge II

Project Background

Raspberry Ridge II (formerly Hopkins Village II) will be a 4-story apartment building that will contain 43 units (11 - 1BR, 18 - 2BR, 14 - 3BR), fitness center, residents' community room, exterior recreation space, interior & exterior bicycle parking and 43 underground vehicle parking spaces. This infill development will be located on a portion of the surface parking lot for the Hopkins Village apartment building located at the southwest corner of Mainstreet and 6th Avenue South. Construction is expected to begin in summer of 2021.
