AutoPay Your Utility Bill
AutoPay automatically pays your utility bill every month with money from the checking or savings account that you specify or by debit or credit card. It doesn't cost anything to participate, plus you save on postage and checks.
How do I sign up?
It's easy. Simply complete the authorization form and include a voided check or withdrawal slip. You will continue to receive a billing statement as usual. Each statement will indicate the amount and will show the message "Paid By Draft." Funds will be transferred one day prior to the due date on the billing.
It takes up to a month to set up your direct automatic payment. Until you see the wording "Paid By Draft" on your utility statement payment stub, please continue to pay your bill as usual, by check, cash, or credit card.
When will my bill be paid?
One day prior to the due date on the billing, funds will automatically be transferred from your account.
How can I be sure my bill has been paid?
Each direct payment will be clearly itemized on your monthly statement from your financial institution.
What if I have a question about my bill?
Simply call the City using the phone number on the billing.
