Hobby Acres Association, Inc.

Established in 1940, the Hobby Acres Association, Inc., was formed in 1955.

Meadow Creek Condominiums

The largest condominium association in Minnesota. Located at 11th Avenue South and Smetana Road.

Minnehaha Oaks Association

A small neighborhood group who fought to preserve the forest now known as the Hiawatha Oaks Preserve.

Park Valley Association

This 50+ year old neighborhood association has a long history of socializing and organizing around issues affecting the neighborhood.  It is located just south of the SUPERVALU distribution center.

Westbrooke Patio Homes
