The Hopkins Race & Equity Initiative is a collaborative effort creating opportunities to increase awareness and understanding of race, equity and diversity and promoting a sense of community that welcomes and values all residents.

Book Discussion: Waking up White

What does it mean to be white in the U.S.? How have we been impacted by race, racism and our own whiteness? Using the book as a jumping off point, Waking Up White: and Finding Myself in the Story of Race, we will discuss our own stories of race and how they have shaped and impacted us and our community.
