About City Hall

City Hall houses the Community Services Department (including assessing and inspections), Planning and Economic Development Department, Engineering, Finance Department and administration.

City Council meetings are taped live at City Hall in the Council Chambers and most Board and Commission meetings are held in the Raspberry Rooms. The Raspberry Rooms are located on the lower level of City Hall.

The Police Department is located in the lower level of Hopkins City Hall. The entrance is on the west side (11th Ave) of City Hall.
