  • State of Minnesota Food Code
  • State and local regulations related to public swimming pools

Licenses are required for all food establishments and public swimming pools and can be obtained through the Hopkins City Clerk. Licenses are issued on an annual basis.

The Environmental Health Officer, Larry Meyers, is available at City Hall Tuesday and Thursday mornings.
