Licenses to conduct gambling are issued by the Minnesota Gambling Control Board. Information about getting a license, or whether your organization needs a license, can be found there.
For some gambling licenses and permits, the City has to approve the license or permit before it can be sent to the Gambling Control Board.

that applies to organizations seeking a Premises Permit to conduct lawful gambling in the City of Hopkins.
