Pavilion Meeting/Party Rooms

Our mezzanine has a multi-purpose area, meeting rooms and a conference room for smaller gatherings and activities. All of these rental opportunities are open for use by any individual resident, non-resident or any non-profit or for profit organization. Alcohol is not allowed in room rentals at the Pavilion.

Conference Room A

Rooms 201 & 202

$15 hourly rate (one hour minimum)
$90 daily (eight hour maximum, $15 for additional hours)

  • 22' x 26', 572 square feet
  • Seats 35 lecture style, 20-26 classroom style, 20-25 reception style
  • Windows overlooking Central Park
  • White boards, countertop space, and tiled floor
  • Sink (Room 202 only)
  • Wall mounted television VCR/DVD player

Multi-Purpose Room - 203A & B

$150 daily (8 hour maximum, $25 for additional hours)

  • 1,136 square feet
  • Seats up to 90 lecture style, 50-80 reception/dining style
  • Windows overlooking arena floor and Central Park

Room 203A

$10 hourly rate (one hour minimum)
No daily rate

  • 16' x 20', 320 square feet
  • Seats up to 20 lecture style, 8-12 classroom style, 12-18 reception style
  • Sink and countertop space
  • Whiteboard and tiled floor

Room 203B

$18 hourly rate (one hour minimum)
$108 daily (eight hour maximum, $18 for additional hours)

  • 816 square feet
  • Seats up to 70 lecture style, 35-50 reception/dining style
  • Windows overlooking arena floor and Central Park

Concessions Stand/Kitchen (available March - August)

$60 daily

  • Stainless steel countertops, three-tub sink, serving counters, and roll-up doors
  • Refrigerator, freezer, soft-drink cooler, and other food appliances
