Awaken the healing intelligence of the physical body energy system with Qigong. Qigong is thousands of years old and is the foundation of Chinese Medicine, martial arts, and yoga. The 5 Elements Theory is the cornerstone of Chinese Medicine, with organ systems and emotions associated with each of the elements. The movements are simple and can be done sitting, standing or lying down by anyone at any age.
The five movements will be practiced along with a short guided meditation over a 45 minute period.
This class is offered for FREE on Saturdays from 9:30 to 10:30 a.m., in Room 201. The class series will run from January 20 through February 24.
Future classes in 2018 will have a fee of $30 for six classes. Private instruction is also available.
