Truth-in-Housing Evaluator's License
Getting your license
Fill out the Truth-in-Housing Evaluator's License Application and return with the following:
- License fee
- Signed Code of Ethics
- A copy of your Truth-In-Housing Certificate or ID card from the City of Bloomington, Minneapolis or St. Paul.
- Proof of workers’ compensation insurance (if applicable)
- Proof of General Liability Insurance meeting city requirements:
Minimum limit of liability of $250,000; and, general aggregate and per occurrence and errors and omissions insurance with a minimum $5,000 deductible
- Proof that the City of Hopkins is named as an insured on the above insurance policies and that the insurance is maintained continuously in force.
New Identification Badges are issued each year. You are required to carry the badges with you on evaluations and present it to your Hopkins clients upon request.
