The City of Hopkins is accepting applications for the position of Finance Clerk.  This position is responsible for payroll, benefit administration, HRA accounts payable, general ledger, cash reconciliation and fixed asset records.  Minimum requirements: Two year degree in accounting; 3 to 5 years’ experience in municipal accounting with an emphasis in payroll; proficient with MS Word and Excel.  Desirable qualifications include four year degree in accounting and experience using Tyler Technologies Incode financial software.

SALARY RANGE:  $22 - 27.92/hour plus excellent fringe benefits.

The Hopkins-Minnetonka Recreation Department is accepting applications for part-time Warming House Attendants. Attendants are responsible to make sure that the buildings are open and closed in a timely manner and ensure an enjoyable atmosphere for citizens to skate and/or play hockey.

The position averages 10-25 hours per week including evenings, weekends and holidays from December 20, 2014 to February 16, 2015.

Salary: $9/hour.
