The City of Hopkins is seeking qualified applicants for a full time IT Technician. This position provides technical assistance within all City Departments for the support of PC users, network administration, and IT related projects and tasks. Application deadline December 18.
Minimum qualifications: One year (2,000 hours) experience supporting users and installing and setting up hardware including PCs, printers, and servers in a multi-user environment.
Desirable qualifications include Microsoft Certification and experience with Active Directory administration and knowledge of firewalls and access control lists.
Must be available for occasional call-back evenings, weekends and holidays.
Starting salary range: $25.00 – $30.00 per hour, excellent fringe benefits.

The Hopkins Center for the Arts is accepting applications for a part time Arts Center Custodian. Responsibilities include overseeing the orderly operation of Arts Center, opening and closing the building, working with customers and visitors, setting rooms for events and custodial duties. $10-11/hr DOQ.
