Plumbing Permit Requirements

  1. Owner of the residential property obtaining the permit needs to be the owner and also occupy the property or
  2. a Plumber with a Master Plumbers License (hard copy of Master Plumbers License and Minnesota Department of Health – Bonding and Insurance Certificate is required for plumber pulling the permit – check license book to see if one is already on file).
