An inspector contracted by the State Board of Electricity conducts all electrical inspections in the City of Hopkins. Permit requests, inspection requests, and questions should be directed to Doug Torvund online at torvundinspections.com or by phone at 612-866-5895 (Monday - Friday, 7:00 - 8:30 am).
Permit application forms can be picked up and purchased for $1.50 at the information desk in City Hall.
