Housing & Redevelopment Authority
The Housing and Redevelopment Authority is responsible for addressing housing and economic development issues for the City. The Hopkins City Council serves as the HRA.
The HRA also serves as the governing body for the City of Hopkins public housing operation.
The City of Hopkins' Director of Planning & Economic Development, Kersten Elverum, is the staff liaison to the HRA.
