An LA Fitness health club is being constructed at the intersection of Highway 7 and Hopkins Crossroad. The facility will be a 45,000 square foot club with a pool, racquetball courts, weights, basketball court and an aerobics area. The new 2-story building is being constructed primarily within the footprint of the former Dodge dealership that was demolished in late August. The entrance to the club will be located on the northwest side of the building, parking will be to the west. Construction began in fall of 2007.
