The goal of this project was to creatively re-use an existing structure in a manner that improves the appearance of the building and complements the neighborhood.
The project received Zoning and Planning Commission and City Council approvals. The development, The Summit condominiums, features 56 condominium units in a brand new 5-story building attached to a completely renovated 7-story building. The development includes:
- One, Two, and Two Plus bedroom flats
- Indoor, heated, and secure parking
- Nearby amenities including walking / biking trail, restaurants, coffee shops, and grocery store
