Applications
Application packets are available online or by calling 952-939-1333. To inquire if the facility is available for a specific date and time, call 952-939-1333. A picture ID and damage deposit are required to submit the completed application. A copy of the ID is placed in the applicant's file. Applications must be submitted at least 21 working days in advance of the reservation date to be guaranteed usage. Applications submitted less than 21 days prior to the event date will be considered, but there will be no guarantee of usage. All applicants must be 18 years old or older.
Applicants will be notified 2-3 working days after submitting an application of the availability of their event date and time. Written confirmation and a bill for rental will be sent out upon approval of the applicant's request. Reservations are not confirmed until applicants have received written confirmation from the Hopkins Activity Center.
The Hopkins Activity Center accepts cash, checks, VISA, or Mastercard for damage deposits and fees. The name of the individual or organization making the application must appear on the front of the check or credit card. All applicants are charged a fee according to their classification and the room being used.
Hours of Operation
The business office is open Monday through Thursday, 9:00 am to 3:00 pm.
The facility is open for rental on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday from 9:00 am to 9:00 pm and on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday, 8:00 am to 11:00 pm. The facility is open during weekday and weekend hours of operation only when booked.

- Community Service Organizations might not be based in Hopkins, but reaching out to service Hopkins residents and there are no charges to participants attend the activity.

- Meetings, training and events open to residents of Hopkins and there is a charge to the participant
- Family or membership social gatherings, birthday party, wedding, funeral, or anniversary receptions
(C) Hopkins School District Boundaries
Residents, Faith Community, Educational Agencies
- Meetings, training, and events open to the public where there is no charge to the participant.
Youth and Adult Sports Practices and Games
- Teams that are not underwritten by a business or organization
- Non-Hopkins based teams/leagues
- Youth and adult sports groups that will meet here on a regular basis
