Marketplace & Main Luxury Apartments, Retail, and Townhomes

6th-8th Ave & Mainstreet

The groundbreaking of Marketplace & Main, the redevelopment project on the former Hopkins Honda Body Shop site, was held on July 12, 2011. Demolition is underway in preparation for construction of 53 units of upscale apartment and 6000 square feet of retail space by The Beard Group. 

The project will be completed by August of 2012.
