In the fall of 2011 The Beard Group broke ground on the long-awaited Marketplace & Main development. The project required the demolition of the former Hopkins Honda Body Shop and when completed will include 53 units of upscale apartments, 6000 square feet of retail space, and 7 townhome units. The majority of the work will be finished by summer of 2012.
