Every year the City of Hopkins offers you a free opportunity to find out more about how your City works. The Citizens Academy is a five week course designed to give you more information about City departments and programs. Each City department team will bring attendees behind the scenes and into the operations. The sessions are designed to be interactive as well as a fun and informative.
