A regular meeting of the Hopkins Housing and Redevelopment Authority was held July 5, 2006, at Hopkins City Hall.  Present were Chairman Eugene Maxwell, Commissioners Kristi Halverson, Bruce Rowan, Jay Thompson, and Cheryl Youakim. Also present were Executive Director Rick Getschow, City Planner Nancy Anderson, and City Attorney Jerry Steiner.

    Chairman Maxwell called the meeting to order at 7:25 pm.

    None
  3. Consent Agenda
    1. Approve minutes of the June 6, 2006, regular meeting
    2. Approve disbursements through June 30, 2006
      Commissioner Rowan moved, Halverson seconded, to approve the consent agenda.  The motion was approved unanimously.

  5. Adjournment
    Commissioner Thompson moved, Commissioner Youakim seconded, to adjourn the meeting.  The motion was approved unanimously. The meeting adjourned at 7:27 p.m.
