A regular meeting of the Hopkins Housing and Redevelopment Authority was held June 6, 2006, at Hopkins City Hall. Present were Chairman Eugene Maxwell and Commissioners Kristi Halverson, Bruce Rowan, Jay Thompson, and Cheryl Youakim. Also present were Executive Director Rick Getschow, Economic Development Director Jim Kerrigan, Housing & Development Coordinator Kersten Elverum, and City Attorney Wynn Curtiss.

    Chairman Maxwell called the meeting to order at 7:25 pm.

  3. Consent Agenda
    1. Approve minutes of the May 2, 2006, regular meeting
    2. Approve disbursements through May 31, 2006
      Commissioner Halvorson moved, Commissioner Rowan seconded, to approve the consent agenda. The motion was approved unanimously.

  5. Adjournment
    Commissioner Youakim moved, Commissioner Halvorson seconded, to adjourn the meeting. The motion was approved unanimously. The meeting adjourned at 7:28 pm.
