A regular meeting of the Hopkins Housing and Redevelopment Authority was held May 2, 2006, at Hopkins City Hall. Present were Chairman Eugene Maxwell, Commissioners Kristi Halverson, Bruce Rowan, and Cheryl Youakim. Commissioner Jay Thompson was not present. Also present were Executive Director Rick Getschow, Assistant Executive Director Jim Kerrigan, and City Attorney Jerry Steiner.

    Chairman Maxwell called the meeting to order at 7:25 pm.

  3. Consent Agenda
    1. Approve minutes of the April 4, 2006, regular meeting
    2. Approve minutes of the April 18, 2006, special meeting
    3. Approve disbursements through April 30, 2006
      Commissioner Rowan moved, Halverson seconded, to approve the consent agenda. The motion was approved unanimously.

  5. Adjournment
    Commissioner Halverson moved, Commissioner Youakim seconded, to adjourn the meeting. The motion was approved unanimously. The meeting adjourned at 7:27 pm.
