A special meeting of the Hopkins Housing and Redevelopment Authority was held July 26, 2005, at Hopkins City Hall. Present were Chairman Eugene Maxwell, Commissioners Rick Brausen, Diane Johnson, Bruce Rowan, and Jay Thompson. Also present were Executive Director Rick Getschow, Assistant Executive Director Jim Kerrigan, and City Attorney Jerry Steiner.

    Chairman Maxwell called the meeting to order at 7:20 pm.

    1. ITEM 2005-10 Tax Increment Financing District 1-3
      Commissioner Brausen moved, Commissioner Johnson seconded, to adopt Resolution 430, adopting a modification to the redevelopment plan for Redevelopment Project No. 1, establishing Tax Increment Financing District No. 1-3 therein and adopting a tax increment financing plan therefore, with a revision to Exhibit A changing 24 to 23 on Page A-5, #i lines 3 and 4 with reference to 24 units, changed to 23 and add Appendix A. The motion was approved unanimously.
    2. ITEM 2005-12 Development agreement GPS Development, LLC
      Commissioner Rowan moved, Commissioner Brausen seconded, to adopt Resolution 431, authorizing execution of a contract for private redevelopment with GPS Development, LLC. The motion was approved unanimously.
  5. Adjournment
    Commissioner Brausen moved, Commissioner Johnson seconded, to adjourn the meeting. The motion was approved unanimously. The meeting adjourned at 7:35 pm.
