A special meeting of the Hopkins Housing and Redevelopment Authority was held June 21, 2005, at Hopkins City Hall. Present were Chairman Eugene Maxwell and Commissioners Rick Brausen, Bruce Rowan, and Jay Thompson. Commissioner Johnson was absent. Also present were Executive Director Rick Getschow, Assistant Executive Director James Kerrigan, and City Attorney Jerry Steiner.

    The meeting was called to order at 8:00 pm.

    1. ITEM 2005-10 Tax Increment District 1-3
      Commissioner Thompson moved, Commissioner Rowan seconded, to continue this item until the July 5, 2005, HRA regular meeting. The motion was approved unanimously.
  3. Adjournment
    Commissioner Rowan moved, Commissioner Thompson seconded, to adjourn the meeting. The motion was approved unanimously. The meeting adjourned at 8:25 pm.
