A regular meeting of the Hopkins Housing and Redevelopment Authority was held April 5, 2005, at Hopkins City Hall. Present were Chairman Eugene Maxwell, Commissioners Rick Brausen, Diane Johnson, and Bruce Rowan. Also present were Executive Director Rick Getschow, Assistant Executive Director Jim Kerrigan, and City Attorney Jerry Steiner. Commissioner Jay Thompson was absent.

    Chairman Maxwell called the meeting to order at 7:31 pm.

  3. Consent Agenda
    1. Approve minutes of the March 1, 2005, regular meeting
    2. Approve minutes of the March 15, 2005, special meeting
    3. Approve disbursements through March 31, 2005
      Commissioner Brausen moved, Commissioner Rowan seconded, to approve the consent agenda. The motion was approved unanimously.

  5. Adjournment
    Commissioner Johnson moved, Commissioner Rowan seconded, to adjourn the meeting. The motion was approved unanimously. The meeting adjourned at 7:35 pm.
