A regular meeting of the Hopkins Housing and Redevelopment Authority was held December 8, 2004, at Hopkins City Hall. Present were Chairman Eugene Maxwell and Commissioners Rick Brausen, Diane Johnson, Bruce Rowan, and Jay Thompson. Also present were Acting Executive Director Jim Genellie, Assistant Executive Director Jim Kerrigan, Housing and Redevelopment Coordinator Kersten Elverum, and City Attorney Jerry Steiner.

    Chairman Maxwell called the meeting to order at 7:25 pm.

    1. Approve minutes of the November 2, 2004, regular meeting
    2. Approve disbursements through November 30, 2004
      Commissioner Johnson moved, Commissioner Rowan seconded, to approve the consent agenda. The motion was approved unanimously.

    Commissioner Johnson moved, Commissioner Brausen seconded, to adjourn the meeting. The motion was approved unanimously. The meeting adjourned at 7:30 pm.
