A regular meeting of the Hopkins Housing and Redevelopment Authority was held November 2 , 2004, at Hopkins City Hall. Present were Chairman Eugene Maxwell, Commissioners Rick Brausen, Diane Johnson, Bruce Rowan, and Jay Thompson. Also present were Assistant City Manager Jim Genellie, Assistant Executive Director Jim Kerrigan, and City Attorney Jerry Steiner.

    Chairman Maxwell called the meeting to order at 8:00 pm.

    1. Approve minutes of the October 5, 2004, regular meeting
    2. Approve disbursements through October 31, 2004
      Commissioner Rowan moved, Commissioner Johnson seconded, to approve the consent agenda. The motion was approved unanimously.

    1. ITEM 2004-11 Public Housing Operating Subsidy Submission for Fiscal Year Ending March 31, 2006
      Commissioner Brausen moved, Commissioner Thompson seconded, to adopt Resolution 423, authorizing submission of Public Housing Operating Subsidy for FY ending 3/31/06. The motion was approved unanimously,

    Commissioner Brausen moved, Commissioner Johnson seconded, to adjourn the meeting. The motion was approved unanimously. The meeting adjourned at 8:05 pm.
