A regular meeting of the Hopkins Housing and Redevelopment Authority was held September 7, 2004, at Hopkins City Hall. Present were Chairman Eugene Maxwell, Commissioners Rick Brausen, Diane Johnson, Bruce Rowan, and Jay Thompson. Also present were Assistant Executive Director Jim Kerrigan and City Attorney Jerry Steiner.

  1. Call To Order
    Chairman Maxwell called the meeting to order at 7:25 pm.
  2. Open Agenda - Public Comments & Concerns

  3. Consent Agenda
    1. Approve minutes of the August 4, 2004, regular meeting
    2. Approve disbursements through August 31, 2004.
      Commissioner Johnson moved, Commissioner Brausen seconded, to approve the consent agenda. The motion was approved unanimously.

  5. New Business
    1. ITEM 2004-10 HRA Levy for Budget Year 2005
      Mr. Kerrigan provided an overview of this item. He stated the levy amount being proposed is $10,000.
        Commissioner Rowan moved, Commissioner Brausen seconded, to adopt Resolution 422, authorizing the HRA levy for Budget Year 2005. The motion was approved unanimously.
  6. Adjournment
    Commissioner Brausen moved, Commissioner Thompson seconded, to adjourn the meeting. The motion was approved unanimously. The meeting adjourned at 7:30 pm.
