A regular meeting of the Hopkins Housing and Redevelopment Authority was held August 4, 2004, at Hopkins City Hall. Present were Chairman Eugene Maxwell and Commissioners Rick Brausen, Diane Johnson, Bruce Rowan, and Jay Thompson. Also present were Acting Executive Director Jim Genellie, Assistant Executive Director Jim Kerrigan, Public Works Director Steve Stadler, and City Attorney Jerry Steiner.

    The meeting was called to order at 7:25 pm.

      Commissioner Johnson moved, Commissioner Rowan seconded, to approve the consent agenda. The motion was approved unanimously.
