A regular meeting of the Hopkins Housing and Redevelopment Authority was held May 4, 2004, at Hopkins City Hall. Present were Chairman Eugene Maxwell, Commissioners Rick Brausen, Diane Johnson, Bruce Rowan, and Jay Thompson. Also present were Executive Director Steve Mielke, Public Housing Manager Stacy Unowsky, and City Attorney Jerry Steiner.

    Chairman Maxwell called the meeting to order at 7:16 pm.

  3. Consent Agenda
    1. Approve minutes of the April 6, 2004, regular meeting
    2. Approve disbursements through April 30, 2004
      Commissioner Rowan moved, Commissioner Johnson seconded, to approve the consent agenda. The motion was approved unanimously.

    1. ITEM 2004-06 Lease agreement with Hopkins Barrier Free Housing Corporation (Sonoma Apartments)
      Re: license and use agreement for Dow Towers parking lot
      Commissioner Thompson moved, Commissioner Brausen seconded, to approve and sign the License and Use Agreement detailing the use of the parking lot, and related fees and assessments. The motion was approved unanimously.

    Commissioner Brausen moved, Commissioner Johnson seconded, to adjourn the meeting. The motion was approved unanimously. The meeting adjourned at 7:20 pm.
