A regular meeting of the Hopkins Housing and Redevelopment Authority was held April 6, 2004, at Hopkins City Hall. Present were Chairman Eugene Maxwell and Commissioners Rick Brausen, Diane Johnson and Bruce Rowan. Commissioner Jay Thompson was absent. Also present were Executive Director Steve Mielke, Assistant Executive Director Jim Kerrigan, and City Attorney Jerry Steiner.

    Chairman Maxwell called the meeting to order at 7:25 pm.

    3. Approve disbursements through March 31, 2004
      Commissioner Johnson moved, Commissioner Brausen seconded, to approve the consent agenda. The motion was approved unanimously.
