The Hopkins City Council serves as the Housing and Redevelopment Authority (HRA). Its responsibility is to address housing and economic development issues for the City. The HRA also serves as the governing body for the City of Hopkins public housing operation. The HRA meets on the first Tuesday of the month preceding the City Council meeting (time varies) in the Council Chambers at Hopkins City Hall. Meeting times and agendas are subject to change.
