City Council meetings are held on the first and third Tuesdays of the month. City Council work sessions are held on the second and forth Tuesdays of the month. Work sessions begin at 6:30 pm in the Raspberry Room, located on the lower level of City Hall. The Council meetings begin at 7:30 pm and are held in the Council Chambers at Hopkins City Hall, 1010 1st St S. Meetings are also cable cast live on Hopkins Community Channel 16. Meetings are rebroadcast on Mondays and Wednesdays at 7:30 pm, Thursdays at 2:00 pm and Sundays at 1:00 pm.
