The Hopkins Center for the Arts is located at 1111 Mainstreet in downtown Hopkins, MN, between 11th and 12th Avenues. To reach the Center from Highway 169, take the Excelsior Boulevard exit going west. From Excelsior, go north on 11th Avenue until you reach Mainstreet. The Center is located on the northwest corner of 11th Avenue South and Mainstreet.

parking

Free parking for 3½ hours is available in the Municipal Parking Ramp located ½ block south of Mainstreet on 11th Avenue South in Hopkins. There are three handicap parking places in the alley directly behind the Arts Center building.

by bus

There’s a Metro Transit bus stop directly in front of the Arts Center. Routes 12, 612, 615 & 664 will take you to the Arts Center. For a route map & current schedule see Metro Transit's Route Maps and Schedule.

by trail

The Arts Center is located between the north and south branches of the Southwest Regional LRT Trail. To get to the Arts Center via these trails: exit north on 11th Avenue from the south branch of the trail, or, exit south on 11th Avenue from the north branch of the trail. Either way, we are 2-3 blocks off the trail on 11th Avenue.
